PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As the prime contractor, IAP Design Build oversaw various renovations, demolition, and hazardous material abatement in ten buildings at Robins Air Force Base. The existing battalion headquarters was also expanded during the project. TA 50 wash buildings and organizational storage buildings were constructed within the complex.

All hazardous materials were abated under proper supervision and in accordance with USACE EM3651-1 Manual. 

Sustainable Design and Development (SDD) and Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct05) features were included to create a more environmentally conscious facility.
